Materialistic world.

Do you ever thought about being materialistic. Most of us are materialistic. Do you like gifts from others? do you like money? do you like shopping? do you spent most of your earnings in buying stuffs? -answer yourself. If you get yes for all, then you are materialistic. And one more thing do you like people who loves you or people who gifts you find it. Made a small survey, where 90% people around us are materialistic. We are in a materialistic world. I dint blame that we are materialistic we are running behind it. If we do we expect in return, if we get we have to return it in same way we got, that if you get a pencil you would like to return it as pen. We are running behind money and we are not satisfied with what we have. Finally, there are some people who values character than other things but their character are less valued than materialistic ones.

Have you ever thought you have been influenced or influencing other people. The great quality of a leader is influencing people without their knowledge. for example - if your team mate or your manger says they have lot of work but they could not complete it, what will be your answer and this work does not belong to you, if you say you will do it for them then you have been influenced by your team mate or manager. Doesn't mean you should not help others you may help people who really needs your help and some good people will be straight-forward to ask help, only when they need it. You can find influencing people easily since they try to find people to do their jobs. These people never work hard and they call themselves as smart worker. Never get influenced by these kind of people.

The best thing about relationship is you can connect with only the source of deep fulfillment, the rest are said to be passing clouds which may even last for years but without that connectivity the relationship does not going to work. People needs relationships to be perfect but what is the need to be perfect in relationship, and the perfection is defined by their needs. the first thing for a good and healthy relationship is to stop expecting to be perfect or easy. Falling in love is a greatest gift, but maintaining that relationship is a nightmare. This is because of expecting a person to be as you need and not willing to be the person needed for other. The word relationship doesn't meant only for your partner it also include your blood relations and whom you like among your circle.
