Why relationships are such complicated ?

Relationships are complicate because we complicate it.  Loving a person is not that difficult as some people says. Here are some reasons how we complicate relationship - not having trust on partner, miscommunication or lack of communication, being defensive, not ready to accept any change, and more. If he/she spoke for 10 mins and could not continue because of their situation but you need to continue it, what will be your reaction here, if you are not ready to accept the situation and not let he/she to go you are complicating the relationship, you may give a reason that this is not first time she/he ask me to accept the situation, i have accepted 'n' number of times and how many times i could bare it. This is simple, you are not ready to accept the reality, you have some expectations which she/he could not make it. These expectation complicates the relationship. Allow yourself to be honest with your relationship and with your partner including sex satisfaction, be expressive, accept their situation, and overcome the misunderstanding. Love isn't complicated, make it easy.

Have you ever thought you have been influenced or influencing other people. The great quality of a leader is influencing people without their knowledge. for example - if your team mate or your manger says they have lot of work but they could not complete it, what will be your answer and this work does not belong to you, if you say you will do it for them then you have been influenced by your team mate or manager. Doesn't mean you should not help others you may help people who really needs your help and some good people will be straight-forward to ask help, only when they need it. You can find influencing people easily since they try to find people to do their jobs. These people never work hard and they call themselves as smart worker. Never get influenced by these kind of people.

The best thing about relationship is you can connect with only the source of deep fulfillment, the rest are said to be passing clouds which may even last for years but without that connectivity the relationship does not going to work. People needs relationships to be perfect but what is the need to be perfect in relationship, and the perfection is defined by their needs. the first thing for a good and healthy relationship is to stop expecting to be perfect or easy. Falling in love is a greatest gift, but maintaining that relationship is a nightmare. This is because of expecting a person to be as you need and not willing to be the person needed for other. The word relationship doesn't meant only for your partner it also include your blood relations and whom you like among your circle.
